It consists of lactic acid and calcium lactate. Also the calcium lactate is produced of natural L-lactic acid. Lactic acid powder is a white powder. It has a characteristic lactic acid flavor and a pure lactic acid taste. Almost all lactic acid is present in free, direct titratable form. Lactic acid powder is available in various acid-ratios. |
